Birthday season....

The birthday season has started for my family, September starts it all.  My mother in law and my dad birthday is in September then in October my birthday, my sister in law, my husband's two cousins and his godchild plus my brother in law.  In November, my daughter's, my two sisters, my husband's, my husband cousin and his cousin's son and finally December..my niece, my nephew, my brother, my husband's other cousin and Christmas.  My niece, my nephew and my brother get gipped received only one gift from me.  I need to start to think of gift ideas..

Awesome blocks...

As everyone knows by now that #1. I am a shopaholic # 2. I am a bit of twitter fiend...but I can't help it...There are so many great items and great people on twitter plus, I really really enjoy everything I find.  One of many sellers, is Tiny Giraffe with the most adorable blocks.  I recently purchased blocks that spell out my daughter's name and I have plans to do the same for the bun in the oven due in May.  I must say that Tiny Giraffe has the cutest block like the paper doll blocks, the vintage blocks and etc., check them out here.  Tiny Giraffe is currently being feature in  Pregnancy & Newborn Magazine this month.  I do highly recommend Amy and her blocks, as great gift idea.

Early Planner...

Besides being a shopaholic and I am also an early planner...I really enjoy thinking of a birthday theme for my daughter who will be turning two in less than two months..I actually start to think about it earlier this year..I actually changed my mind three times but I decided on a theme back in May or June..  My daughter loves...loves the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and I am a Disney fan..I decided to do Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and the gang for my daughter...I found great items via Etsy to complete my party planning

My two Spots...

I am admittedly an Etsy addict because the workmanship is unbeatable.  I love that the items that I purchase is unique especially if I request it customized made.  The handmade items is worth saving in my opinion, one of the new favorite seller is Hypernate.  I came across Hypernate during an etsy search for stuff animals.  I spotted the most adorable like stuff dog named Moe, the dog.  This little dogs a lot like my dog Spot.  I had to have him and requested my stuff dog to have a black spot on the face.  Mary Catherine is the owner of Hybernate and a truly talent person, she was able to create my stuff doggie version of my dog.

Wild Things....

I came across Wild Things of Noosa via Keeping up with Stella http://keepingupwithstella.blogspot.com and I love the design and the prints.  I went to the etsy store and love all the adorable clothes and accessories... I especially love the summer hats and the sandpiper print.
